PPA node is registered in PBA-S and DNS Hosting resource is configured in PPA. The following error appears when a customer opens DNS zone of his PA subscription in CP:

Top > Account Director > Customer Manager > Reseller Customers > %customer% > Log in to CP > DNS > %any_domain% > DNS

An unexpected error occurred. Please contact %pa_admin_email%
Error ID: 1392795474457

Also PBA-S DNS has invalid status in PPA:

PPA > Services > DNS Zones > DNS > Name Servers

ID      Type    Hostname        IP address      In Use
5       PBAS    %pbas_node% No


PPA node was unregistering/registering in PBA-S:

Unregister - deletes existing PBASDNS
Register - create new PBASDNS, which is not used.

All DNS records in PPA (stored in master PBA-S DNS) refer to not existing DNS service.

IMPORTANT: “Unregister” PPA node is a very dangerous solution, avoid using it.


Contact Odin Technical Support to have the issue resolved.
