Event "Subscription has been created" with action "Subscription notification for customer" is configured in my PBA-S. Also placeholder "@@subscription.ftp_password@" is used in the Message body.

But this placeholder is not filled with the password for Plesk subscription in Plesk 10.x or 11.x. Why?

Business logic of Parallels Plesk Panel has been changed since version 10. In Plesk Switching Administrator's Guide you may find the details about objects conversion from Plesk 9.x to version 10 or higher. Here are the detail about domains conversion:

All domains were converted to individual subscriptions, one subscription per each domain.

Each subscription of Parallels Plesk Panel version 10 or higher may have one or more domains. So placeholder "@@subscription.ftp_password@" is not valid for Plesk 10 or higher.

Do not use the placeholder in PBA-S actions for Plesk subscriptions of Plesk 10 or 11.

Note: the placeholder is missing in action "Subscription notification for customer" of event "Subscription has been created" in PBA-S version 4.3.4 or higher. Consider upgrading PBA-S to remove "@@subscription.ftp_password@" from the placeholder's list.
