I'm trying to register a domain with eNom registration plug-in. The following errors appear in the Action Log (Top > Configuration Director > Logging and Errors > Action Log)

Register Domain; Domain %domain.tld%. Error occurred while registration. Error: Invalid Domain Name or Nameserver.

Register Domain; Domain Error occurred while registration. Error: User Defined Extended attribute: iis_orgno is required for iis_orgno.

Also the following error is shown in the Problem report:

[enom] NameServer registration failed: Domain cannot be found.

Invalid name servers were assigned to the domain during registration:

  • ns1.domain.tld
  • ns2.domain.tld

Domain name domain.tld itself is not registered.

To be able to use name servers ns1.domain.tld and ns2.domain.tld verify base domain name domain.tld is registered itself.
Register base domain domain.tld or choose other name servers for your domain.
