Plesk Automation (PA) 11.5 node is registered in Odin Business Automation Standard (OBAS) 4.5 and several PA subscription have been provisioned.

However, provider cannot manage PA subscription when login to CP with different customers. The following error appears:

    Error: Logged user has no access to the subscription

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In OBAS go to customer %customer1% and login to CP (on the General Settings Tab, click "Login To CP").

  2. You can select a hosting plan from the dropdown menu located at the top right. Change to tab "Websites" to see the subscription settings.

  3. Go back to OBAS and login to CP as another customer %customer2%.

  4. Old subscription is shown on the "Websites" page. Also, you will see the error (Logged user has no access to the subscription).


Such behavior is considered to be a software issue. The fix will be included in future Plesk Automation updates released after 11.5 update #03. You can track it using the following ID:
