Since the upgrade to PPA 11.5 version API method pem.getSubscription doesn't provide relevant information on a subscription parameters.

Is API method pem.getSubscription implemented in PPA 11.5?

With PPA version 11.5 it is possible to have multiple webspaces under one subscription.

Therefore, when using the pem.getSubscription API request, the information is displayed only for the first webspace on a subscription (with ID identical to the subscription ID).

The functionality which you expect from the Parallels Plesk Automation - to implement full pem.getSubscription method API functionality - can be considered as a feature request.

The feature request number #PPA-239 regarding the matter was created.

This feature will be implemented in future versions of products.

In the meantime you might use the following workaround:

  1. To get information on a subscription with a single webspace run:

    curl -k -d@test https://admin:pass@

    where 'pass' is the admin panel password, '' is the target server IP, 'test' is the actual file with API request with the following content:

    <?xml version="1.0"?>

    Please indicate subscription ID in the node.

  2. Or, if you would like to get info on a particular webspace, please run:

    curl -k -d@test -H "Content-type: text/xml" -H "HTTP_PRETTY_PRINT: TRUE" -H "HTTP_AUTH_LOGIN: admin" -H "HTTP_AUTH_PASSWD: pass"

    Where 'pass' is the actual admin control panel password, '' ip of the target server, 'test' is the actual api request with the following content:

    <packet version="">

    Please indicate webspace ID in the node.
