When I try to renew domains registered via the CenralNic plug-in, import their contacts from the registrar or check their expiry date I receive the following error in Action log or PBAS interface:

Can't parse response. Illegal input parameters.

You are using a domain registration plug-in based on the CentralNic template in PBAS, and did not update it after CentralNic had changed its API.

You should have received the following e-mail message from CentralNic:

Dear Registrar,

You are receiving this email as our records indicate that you are an
active user of our Toolkit API. We are writing to inform you that a
number of Toolkit functions will no longer be available from Monday,
June 30.

On the above date, we will be removing all functions that duplicate the
functionality available through the EPP system. All registrars are
encouraged to migrate to EPP immediately to ensure continuity of service.

New CentralNic API was implemented since PBAS 4.5.3.

Thus, to resolve the issue please upgrade your PBAS.

In case an upgrade is not an option for you, please download a patch: patch for 64-bit OS, patch for 32-bit OS.

To install the patch for 64-bit OS, please run:

# rpm -Uhv hspc-plugin-dm-centralnic-4.5.3-04.swsoft.x86_64.rpm
# hspc-upgrade-manager –finish

To install the patch for 32-bit OS, please run:

# rpm -Uhv hspc-plugin-dm-centralnic-4.5.3-04.swsoft.i386.rpm
# hspc-upgrade-manager –finish

After PBAS is upgraded or the patch is installed, please go Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Plug-ins > CentralNic plug-in name > Plug-in Configuration tab and change remote host to, remote port to 700.

Finally, please verify your EPP account login and password with CentralNic and enter new values into the plug-in configuration.
