There is a Plesk Automation subscription with the domain %domain.tld%. The domain's DNS zone exists in Plesk Automation:

Plesk Automation > Services > DNS Zones > Registered Domains > %domain.tld% > DNS > DNS Records

But in Odin Business Automation Standard (OBAS), the domain's DNS zone does not have any records from Plesk Automation:

OBAS > Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > %domain.tld% > DNS Zone

The OBAS name server is not set under the activation parameters for the DNS resource in Plesk Automation.

The OBAS node should be the primary DNS for Plesk Automation. You can check this in the following way:

OBAS node is registered as a name server in use:

Plesk Automation > Services > DNS Zones > DNS > Nameservers

ID Type Hostname IP address In Use
5 PBAS %pbas_node% Yes

OBAS node is set as a "First nameserver":

Plesk Automation > Products > Resources > DNS > Activation Parameters

Click "Edit" and specify the OBAS node as a First nameserver. For more details, please refer to these documents:
