Configured scheduled task for the user does not work. The following error message can be recieved on execution of this task:

user with id=10002 and name=test_user not found in chrooted passwd file

This issue caused by misconfiguration in /var/www/vhosts/domain.tld/etc/passwd:

    # cat /etc/passwd | grep test_user

  1. Enable and disable Access to the server over SSH in Websites > Web Hosting Access in Customer's Control Panel

  2. Check that the same user id is set in /etc/passwd and in /var/www/vhosts/domain.tld/etc/passwd file:

    # grep test_user /etc/passwd
    # grep test_user /var/www/vhosts/domain.tld/etc/passwd
