A customer cannot remove existing Exchange mailbox in the POA Customer Control Panel, the following warning is displayed despite of the fact that customer correctly selected mailboxes to be removed:

0 mailboxes scheduled for deletion

The APS-related message like this is logged in the poa.debug.log file on the POA Management Node when attempting to remove mailbox in the CCP:

ERR [SYSTEM 1:5207:b0afeb90 SAAS]: [SaaS::BaseRequestHandler::sendError] REST Error: DELETE /poa/dns-record-mx/32fbabb0-b64a-4907-83de-ea68086da1a6 {"code": 403,"type": "Poco::Exception","message": "Removal of record with UID `32fbabb0-b64a-4907-83de-ea68086da1a6` is forbidden." }

The same problem happens when removing Exchange contacts, distribution lists or public folders.

The issue is caused by the software defect POA-82086.

The problem is resolved in the POA 5.5.3, update POA installation to 5.5.3 or later version.
