Symptoms
Additive resource usage (e.g. traffic) was not reset after the subscription billing period is over and a billing order is provisioned.
Cause
The system resets usage of only those subscriptions having at least one resource configured as "Measurable" (no matter if this resource is purchased or not).
Resolution
If possible, set the option "Measurable" to "Yes" in the Service Plan's Resource Rate. To propagate change to already provisioned subscriptions, synchronize them with the changed Service Plan using the "Update Limits" option.
The behaviour where at least one measurable resource is neccessary for the subscription's resources usage to be reset, has been addressed to the development team as an internal request PBA-85875.
