All containers on a HW node are shown on both "Containers" and "Conflicts" tab:

Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > Nodes > %hwnode% > Containers

Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > Nodes > %hwnode% > Conflicts

Why this happen?

List of containers on this node is not updated in PBA-S correctly.

Enable DEBUG level in PBA-S log and run periodic task "Detected newly appeared Virtuozzo VE conflicts" (Top > Configuration Director > Logging and Errors > Action Log > Tasks Queue).

The logs indicate that PBA-S requested the HW node for the list of containers, but no reply has been received within 30 minutes:

Where is IP Address of the %hwnode% in question.

The issue is likely caused by outdated VZAgent 4.6 on HW node.

For Parallels Virtuozzo Containers for Linux:

[root@hw_node ~]# rpm -q pva-release

For Parallels Virtuozzo Containers for Windows:

HW NODE: Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features
Parallels Virtuozzo Automation <OUTDATED_VERSION>

Upgrade VZAgent to the latest version.

Remember to verify and upgrade your PBA-S and Parallels Virtuozzo Containers to the latest version.
