Symptoms
Customer created under reseller cannot create subscriptions in PPA.
If the action made in PBAS, the following error message appears:
'Account #7 has no necessary resources to create subaccount, account type 3.',
666951 Error Failed #77777777 Order On PA
Process provisioning for document; Process document #777777778
Cause
Root cause of this issue is in incorrectly created reseller template, not enough resources where added to template.
Resolution
Reseller template should contain all resources which are needed by customers and subscriptions, as an example you could check pre-created default template "Reseller Linux Hosting" or "Reseller Windows Hosting".
