Domain renewal order fails. An error in the registrar log depends on the registrar:

Cause
Domain was manually transfered to another registrar. To verify it, check the domain information with any whois service.
Resolution
Check the domain information with whois service and if domain was transfered away, cancel the corresponding domain subscription. If the cancellation order fails, refer to the article #115183.
