An Office 365 provisioning task fails in Parallels Operations Automation (POA) with the following error message:

Method edit_customer calling failed. Reason:InvalidOfferIdFault Method: ValidateOrder

The offer (OfferId) mentioned in the failed task output is not compatible with the Office 365 plan in the customer's subscription.


The offer mentioned in the failed task is a trial offer and already exceeded the trial period (1 month) and expired.


Check that the Office 365 offer specified in the task output is compatible with the Office 365 plan the customer subscribed to. This can be checked in the Syndication Agreement with Microsoft or by contacting Microsoft support directly).

If the offer is not used and is not required, you can downgrade it to 0 in the subscription in the Parallels Business Automation (PBA) Control Panel, then re-run the task in the POA Task Manager.
