Symptoms
When user switches to the Account tab in the PA Customer Control Panel the blank page is shown or the following error message is displayed:
Server Error in '/www' Application.
Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.
Parameter name: offset
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
Exception Details: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.
Parameter name: offset
Cause
The user in question may be disabled in PBA or no roles are assigned to it in PBA.
Resolution
Check and correct if necessary the following things:
User must be enabled in PBA.
- User must have some role assigned in PBA(Home > Operation Director > Account Manager > Customers > Users > Roles).
