Symptoms
In POA CCP, customer tries to remove a database user at Home > More Services > Databases > <database name> > Users and receives the following message:
Cannot delete 1 user(s). Reason: {2}
Cause
This issue was reported to PA maintenance team with ID POA-82396 and will be fixed in future releases.
Resolution
For now the only way to see the real reason is to check POA logs during an attempt to remove the user, and check, why the deletion fails.
