After running POA 5.5 precheck following error appears in /var/log/precheck-report-<report_date>.log:
13133_POA-78826 [VPSManager]:
Some VPS Hardware Nodes are not reachable:
Task id 18199685 'Detect VPS Hardware Nodes' has failed. Output: Connection to VZAgent was closed: poll_write efds
You should: Make sure that all VPS Hardware Nodes are reachable

Task 'Detect VPS Hardware Nodes' is checking PVC version on nodes registered in POA (>Service Director> Virtuozzo Manager> VPS Hardware Nodes). It will fail if PVA agent on any node is not accessible or it could not return information about PCVC version, but it may not show efefcted host.

It is possible to determine unreachable PVC nodes two ways:
  1. Inaccessible hosts could be manually found by checking every registered node in  POA provider's CP>Service Director> Virtuozzo Manager> VPS Hardware Nodes> (host)> tab General > subtab Statistics. POA sends synchronous request to PVA Agent to collect statistics.
  2. If a loot of PVC nodes are registered in POA, it is possible to use attached script to schedule tasks 'Update List of templates installed to HW Node' on every node separately. Such task will fail if PVA Agent does not repond correctly. Download and unpack attached script to pre-check directory and run it:
