When we create a new Virtuozzo Container hosting plan in PBA-S and try to set the cpulimit to a value greater than 100%, we get an error that the value is out of range.

Is it possible to define values > 100% for Virtuozzo resources in PBA-S?

According to Virtuozzo Container Hosting Plan Billable Resources, PBA-S allows using values > 100% for multicore servers, but maximum resource value in the Hosting Plan is 100%.

For example, for quadro core server, 100% specified in hosting plan will actually mean 400%, but only if the correct number of cores is specified for a corresponding Virtuozzo node.
