Synchronization of the Online Store is failing with the following error message:

Synchronization failed with error: Error while transmission one of the images ID #XXX.

In the BLOBDOC.log log file on the PBA Application Server the following error message appears:

ExceptionResult: Table Document doesn't contain row with id XXX


Broken logo is used for the Online Store (PBA Provider CP > Product Director > Online Store Manager > General Parameters > DESIGN > LOGO). It may happen if the Online Store was imported.


Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  1. Log into the Provider Control Panel
  2. Go to Product Director > Online Store Manager > General Parameters > DESIGN
  3. Click the 'LOGO' link
  4. Click 'Set Default'
  5. Synchronize the Online Store.
  6. Upload new logo after successful Online Store synchronization.
