No record about this domain exist in the transport map configuration file: '/var/spool/postfix/plesk/sdd_transport_maps.db'

  1. Check the file '/etc/postfix/'. The following line should be found in this file: unix - n n - - smtp -o smtp_bind_address= -o smtp_bind_address6= -o smtp_address_preference=ipv4

    smtp_bind_address option specifies from which IP address messages would be sent

  2. Check the file '/etc/postfix/' The following line should be found in this file:

    sender_dependent_default_transport_maps = hash:/var/spool/postfix/plesk/sdd_transport_maps
  3. Check postfix transport map:

    postmap -s /var/spool/postfix/plesk/sdd_transport_maps

    The information about all domains should be found from output of the above command:

    The ip address should be the same as in the

  4. If there is no required domain in the sdd_transport_maps.db, it is needed to recreate this file:

    • Backup all files in '/var/spool/postfix/plesk/' folder on the Management Node (MN).
    • Start '/usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/mail_postfix_transport_restore' on MN to create '/var/spool/postfix/plesk/sdd_transport_maps.db'
    • Move this file to the Postfix node and place them into '/var/spool/postfix/plesk/' directory.
    • Restore '/var/spool/postfix/plesk/sdd_transport_maps.db' from the backup on MN.
