On the IIS service node:

3.1 Change corresponding value in Windows registry, by default it is "C:\Inetpub\vhosts":

3.2 Change plesk_vhosts variable value in System properties > Advanced > Environment Variables > plesk_vhosts

On the Management Node:

3.3 Change corresponding value in psa database on the Management Node:

a. Find IIS node ID using its IP address:

    mysql> select id,ipAddress from ServiceNodes where ipAddress=' ';
    | id | ipAddress   |
    |  5 |  |

b. Find IIS node parameters:

    mysql> select * from ServiceNodeEnvironment where serviceNodeId=5  and name='HTTPD_VHOSTS_D';
    | serviceNodeId | section       | name           | value              |
    |             5 | configuration | HTTPD_VHOSTS_D | C:\Inetpub\vhosts\ |

c. Change `value` to the desired location:

    update ServiceNodeEnvironment set value='D:\\vhosts\\' where serviceNodeId=5 and name='HTTPD_VHOSTS_D';
