A user cannot log in to the POA Control Panel due to the following error message:

Error Login from untrusted location. You are not allowed to enter the system from your current IP address.

The IP address the user is trying to log in from does not match the allowed networks and IP addresses defined in the POA Provider Control Panel at Configuration Director > Security Manager > Setup > Allowed Networks.

To determine the IP address the user is trying to log in from, look through the poa.debug.log log file on the POA Management Node for the entries like below:

Nov 15 08:56:46 poacore : DBG [1:29194:eb3e4b90:259 1:29194:eb3e4b90 lib]: [LoginRestrictions::LoginRestrictions_impl::checkLoginRestrictio] {module_id="LoginRestrictions"; code="100"} An attempt to login from untrusted location; username 'admin', IP address

From the log entry above you may determine the time when the attempt to log in was performed, the login that was used and the IP address from which it was performed. Then you can adjust the Allowed Networks in POA accordingly.
