The issue is caused by missing /usr/local/psa/handlers/hooks/spam file on the Postfix mail server.

  1. Download the psa-spamassassin package corresponding to your system:

  2. Extract psa-spamassassin package:

    ~# rpm2cpio psa-spamassassin-11.1.15-cos5.build111121130.19.x86_64.rpm | cpio -idmv
  3. Copy spam handler from extracted package to your system:

    ~# cp ./usr/local/psa/handlers/hooks/spam /usr/local/psa/handlers/hooks/
