Is it possible to rename an Exchange mailbox user in Active Directory (AD) through the Operations Automation (OA) Control Panel?
Answer
OA does not provide a way to rename users in AD and it is not recommended that you rename AD users manually. This may lead to various problems depending on the services linked to the user.
This functionality will be added in a future version of the product, in the scope of request POA-65575.
