Symptoms
Provider is trying to destroy VPS in the POA Provider Control Panel, the operation fails with the following error message:
Host deletion failed There is a Parallels Plesk Panel installed onto the host.
Cause
The VPS being removed belongs to a customer's subscription which includes Plesk installed in VPS. POA does not allow to remove VPS with Plesk installed into it to prevent customer's data loss.
Resolution
Destroy the corresponding customer's subscription via PBA Provider Control Panel.
If you have standalone POA the subscription may be destroyed in the POA Provider Control Panel or using the POA OpenAPI method pem.removeSubscription.
