Domain with "DNS hosting" is not resolved. The following warning is shown on the "DNS Records Suppliers" page (Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > DOMAIN.TLD > DNS Records Suppliers):

Last synchronization was failed: Could not detect IP address. Perhaps current domain is not used by any Plesk Domain (or Plesk Domain alias) owned by Plesk Client


  1. The "Synchronize DNS" setting is switched off for the Plesk node
  2. The domain is absent on Plesk node - there is no such domain under clients account in Parallels Plesk Panel.


  1. Enable "Synchronize DNS" setting for the Plesk node:

    Top > Service Director > Plesk Manager > Nodes > PLESK_NODE > General Settings
    Synchronize DNS OK
  2. Add the domain in question under Plesk Client in Parallels Plesk Panel
