I created subscription but task "Register the IP address" failed with error below:

    This IP address is already configured on node with network mask and on the network interface Local


IP address network mask on the server interface itself and in IP Pool settings differ.


  1. Login to the service node, run ifconfig for Linux or ipconfig for Windows, then check network mask.

  2. Go to Infrastructure > IP Manager > IP Pools and check network mask there, it should be the same as on the service node.

  3. Change network mask if needed in IP Pools or on your service node interface, cancel already created tasks, because they were created with wrong network mask parameter and recreate subscription.
