Symptoms
A .nu domain registration via InternetX fails with:

Cause
PBA does not pass the ID number or VAT number of the customer to the registrar. An issue is confirmed as a bug PBA-51494, to be fixed in PBA 5.5.3
Workaround
- fill in ID or VAT number for client account manually on InternetX side and resubmit an order for provisioning;
- register the .NU domains manually on the registrar's side and complete PBA order manually
