Symptoms
The task 'Preparing document root and website structure for domain service' fails in OA with the following error message:
User 'username' does not exist.

Cause
The user in question was not yet propagated from OA to the Linux Shared Hosting NG web cluster when the task was executed. OA does not try to execute the task several times as it does in most cases.
Resolution
The task can be processed by re-running after some short period of time.
