Symptoms
During custom skin creation, it is impossible to replace the standard image for external-link.gif file, located in the appropriate skin directory.
Cause
The specified image cannot be customized via skin.
Resolution
The issue has been submitted to the Maintenance Team with internal id POA-81603. Please contact your account manager regarding the status of this issue.
