Symptoms
The SSL certificate was purchased from PBA-E, an order was successfully completed, certificate issued. After certificate installation the site is still not secured, the certificate is not shown as trusted, its issuer is GeoTrust Pre-Production SUB CA 3.
Cause
SSL plug-in is setup in a test mode.
Resolution
Switch the plugin-in to the production mode:
Home> External Systems Director> Certificate Manager> Plug-ins>
Plug-in # ID certificate
Configuration
change host from resellertest.enom.com to a production URL (reseller.enom.com), the credentials are to be clarified with ENOM.
