Symptoms
When trying to off-load servers from a PACI node, the following error appears immediately in the POA Provider Control Panel:
An error has occurred. Failed to migrate the server. Error: 'http://10.39.33.14:4465/paci/v1.0/of/1000034/ve/server'
Cause
There are no hardware nodes that could host the Cloud Infrastructure servers being migrated due to insufficient resources. POA shows the generic error message which is not related to the actual reason of the problem with the servers migration.
Resolution
The issue with the improper error reporting in the POA Provider Control Panel was reported as CCU-4822 and was fixed in the POA 5.5 - the proper message will be displayed instead of the generic one.
Add a new hardware node to POA and try to off-load server(s) after that.
