The reseller's store synchronization fails with one of the errors below:

Incorrect store synchronization settings are specified.


Correct the settings:

Home> Product Director> Online Store Manager>
Synchronization Settings

Specify the protocol type, port, host IP/hostname, all the settings must be the same as for the provider's store.
