Symptoms
An order on domain registration, transfer or renewal fails with the following error message:
Purchase price is greater than available balance
Cause
The error message means that balance of the Provider's account on the registrar side is not enough to perform the required operation - register, transfer or renew the domain.
Resolution
Provider has to replenish the balance of their account in the registrar and then resubmit the failed order for provisioning.
