Symptoms
"Used In" tab is empty in the notification template:
Home> Communication Director> Notification Manager> Notification Templates>
Notification Template Name
even though the template is in use (configured in the event handler or used as a subtemplate in another template).
Cause
"Used In" tab only shows notifications configured in:
- the order flow transitions (Success/Fail Template Name);
- the notification schedule details;
- the specific service plan settings (Notification Template setting in the plan).
There is an existing feature request to extend functionality of this tab.
