A customer has requested an upgrade to a new plan:

CP > Account > Change Hosting Plan

The request fails with this error:

[2013/09/03 12:03:22] [WARN] [23906] [HSPC::MT::OM::VE::save] Virtuozzo Container: Error occurred while saving Virtuozzo Container: The value (100) specified for CPU limit exceeds the maximum value allowed (0 %)
The value (100) specified for The CPU power limit, in per cent, the Container cannot exceed exceeds the maximum value allowed (0 %)

The problem will be fixed in a future PBA-S update that will be released after version 4.5. The bug is PBAS-28978.

A workaround for PBA-S 4.3 is changing the Hosting Plan through PCC:

PCC > Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > Change Hosting Plan
