Installation of 'Exchange2013Mailstore' package failed with the following error: Exception calling "GetDAGName" with "1" argument(s): "Cannot parse LDAP path."

Cause

Cached lack of permissions for wpeserviceacct user.

Resolution

Restart WPE application pool and retry installation.
