Symptoms
When Provider tries to delete a VPS in Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > VPS Hardware Nodes > HNODE > VPS > SOMEVPS the following error is displayed:
Host deletion failed There are customers webspaces on the host. Try to remove them first.
Cause
The domain service for this VPS is present in the Apache application.
Check Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > VPSs > HNODE > Applications > Apache > Customer service includes
Resolution
Search for the failed or rescheduled task which names start with one of the following:
- Cleanup Apache domain service
- Remove logfile
- Remove user
Process such tasks to ensure consistency of the POA Database.
