Symptoms
When provider tries to edit brand settings in System > Settings > Brands > BRAND, after pressing Edit unforeseen error appears on the screen:
SYSTEM_ERROR.DETAIL.CAPTION
Message: "org.omg.CORBA.UNKNOWN: Server Exception: Unknown vendor (0x54410000) Minor Code: 640 vmcid: 0x54410000 minor code: 640 completed: Maybe".
Cause
This issue is fixed in upcoming POA update. The error is caused by incorrect metadata in one of the imported APS packages.
Resolution
Currently only certain versions of an APS package 'Symantec Email Security.cloud Standalone' exhibit this metadata issue.
To fix the issue import the latest version of the Symantec package.
Upgrading POA to version 5.5.2 will fix the issue permanently.
