  1. Resource usage is displayed incorrectly in Parallels Plesk Automation provider control panel.

  2. Task "Sync resource usage" completed successfully.

  3. If you click "Login as customer" and check the "Statistics" tab, resource usage is displayed correctly for the domain.


Some fields in the "plesk" database on the Management Node (MN) have "int" data type, which cannot keep large values.


The issue was reported to the Plesk Service Team and will be fixed in Parallels Plesk Automation(PPA) 11.5.

For PPA 11.1 you can apply fix below:

  1. Download the archive 5642-fix.tar.gz to the PPA Management Node (MN) and unpack it.

  2. Stop Parallels Plesk Automation:

    service pem stop
  3. Backup original files below and replace them with the files from attached archive:

  4. Start Parallels Plesk Automation:

    service pem start
  5. After next "Schedule daily maintenance" task run is finished, "Resource Usage" will show valid data.
