  1. Resource usage is not valid in Parallels Plesk Automation.

  2. A subscription is suspended, even after the resource limits are increased.

  3. The task Sync resource usage fails with this error:

    Subscription #<ID> does not exist

A subscription was not deleted from Parallels Plesk Automation and some records are still present in the psa database on the Management Node (MN).

This may happen if the task Remove subscription was canceled in the Task Manager.

Because of the failed task Sync resource usage, resource usage is not calculated properly.

  1. Go to System Director > Task Manager and check for cancelled tasks with the name Remove subscription and the subscription ID reported in the error message. Restart the task and run the Sync resource usage task after the subscription is removed.

  2. If there is no Remove subscription" task, then it was already removed from the Task Manager. In such cases, the subscription should be removed manually:

    1. Find the subscription name using the ID from the error message:

      # mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa -e "select name from domains where external_id=<ID>"
    2. Delete it using the command-line utility subscription on the Management Node:

      /usr/local/psa/bin/subscription -r <>
    3. Restart the Sync resource usage task.
