When Hyper-V remote console is launched from Customer's Panel, it throws the following error:

Remote Desktop can not connect to a remote computer because one of the following reasons: 1) Remote access is not enabled on the server 2) Remote computer is turned off 3) Remote computer is not connected to the network. Make sure the remote computer is turned on, connected to the network and remote access to it is enabled

Remote Console access to Hyper-V VM does not work because Hyper-V hosts(the hosts VMs are provisioned to) are resolved to internal IP Addresses (these IP addresses are not available from external network).

Add entries with Hyper-V server hostnames and external IP addresses to hosts file on scvmm server (Top > Service Director > Application Manager > Applications > Microsoft Hyper-V > Instances > Hardware host column), or make corresponding changes in DNS.
