  1. Installation of a Windows component (like ColdFusion, SSI, ASP.NET) on an IIS node is not detected by Parallels Plesk Automation (PPA).

  2. When a new subscription is provisioned, it is not possible to enable the component in hosting settings.

PPA does not automatically re-read new Windows components. When changes in the operating system of a certain service node (IIS in this case) are made, PPA must be warned about these changes, otherwise, the node may function improperly.

To propagate changes in the node's operating system to PPA, perform the following:

  1. In the PPA control panel, go to Infrastructure > Service Nodes > select the node > Summary tab.

  2. Click the Refresh button in the "User-installed packages" group.
