A customer or Provider on behalf of a customer cannot place order in PBA Control Panel to transfer domain through the BOTTLE registrar, the error message 'Can not transfer Domain' is displayed in Control Panel.

In the registrar log BOTTLE.log on PBA Management Node you see the following response from registrar:

Password is not valid


The domain transfer key is invalid or missing. During a domain transfer order placing PBA sends request to the BOTTLE registrar to check if domain may be transferred and this request fails die to the wrong or missing transfer key.


Get the correct transfer key from the registrar (using BOTTLE admin interface) and try to place domain transfer order again.
