Symptoms
As the Provider I want to know how to configure the network for successful PBA migration from RHEL/CentOS 4 to RHEL/CentOS 6.
Resolution
Migration is performed via BackNet using SSH as the transport.
Make sure that all containers and Hardware Nodes involved in the migration process have BackNet IP configured and that there are no problems with the connection on port 22 on these IPs for any servers, including the one where the migration tool will be running.
It is not necessary to install the PBA migration tool on the same node with the destination or source PBA servers; the migration tool should be installed on a separate RHEL/CentOS 6 server.
