A customer created service user in POA Control Panel with the login firstname.lastname@example.org and created Exchange mailbox for the user with the primary email address email@example.com:
A customer wants to synchronize service user's login with the primary e-mail address for the Exchange mailbox above, so that login would be set to firstname.lastname@example.org. They click on the mailbox, switch to the 'E-mail addresses' tab, click 'Change', check the 'Synchronize Service User's login with primary e-mail address' option and click 'Submit'.
POA Control Panel throws error message:
Invalid input Incorrect or empty field value(s). Please retype info in the highlighted fields.
There is no any Exchange mailbox with conflicting email address or service user login in a customer's subscription.
There is existing service user with the conflicting login and Exchange service is not assigned to an user, in this particular case conflicting service user login is email@example.com. POA cannot synchronize service user's login with the primary email address for the mailbox firstname.lastname@example.org because another service user with the login email@example.com already exists.
All service users are listed on the 'Users' tab in POA Customer Control Panel.
Conflicting user apparently is not displayed in the list of Exchange mailboxes because no Exchange service is assigned to it.
Resolve the existing conflict:
1. Remove service user with conflicting login if it does not have any service assigned
2. Change primary email address for the Exchange mailbox and try to synchronize service user login with the primary email address once again.
