Provider deployed new Linux Shared Hosting server in POA (not NG Hosting server) and installed usual set of POA packages on it including Apache and ProFTPD. All deployment steps were finished successfully. There are no customers' services provisioned on the host yet.

The configuration file of ProFTPD server /usr/local/etc/proftpd_vhost_confs_pem/<ID> is absent on just deployed server, while on other Linux Shared Hosting servers registered in POA such file exists.

No customers' subscription are provisioned on the new shared server yet. POA creates ProFTPD configuration file at the moment of the very first customer FTP service provisioning on a host.

Actually the problem does not require resolution since ProFTPD configuration file will be automatically created by POA on demand.

If due to whatever reason you want the file to be created then consider to provision test subscription on the newly deployed Linux Shared Hosting server.
