A customer cannot access Exchange 2013 Public Folders in Outlook 2010/2013. The following error message is shown: Cannot expand the folder. The set of folders cannot be opened. See the screenshot below:

The problem occurs only on Exchange 2013 installations managed by POA 5.4.x.


POA uses the incorrect domain to create Public Folder mailboxes.


Update POA to 5.4 Update 11 or higher to resolve the problem.
