Status of a Virtual Machine shown in POA Customer CP is not in sync with its actual status on Microsoft Hyper-V server.

Issues on Hyper-V server side (e.g. memory shortage) that caused VM-related tasks to fail and other inconsistencies (check Event Manager for errors on SCVMM or hypervisor servers).

Try to move Virtual Machine to its actual status in POA Customer CP.

E.g. if actual VM status on Hyper-V server is Running (Stopped) while POA CCP shows VM as Stopped (Running) then try to start (stop) VM in POA CCP. POA will try to start (stop) VM, since VM is already running (stopped) on Hyper-V server operation must complete successfully and CCP will show the correct status.
