A customer wants to use 'Try and Buy' feature of Parallels Web Presence Builder, they go to the URL like http://WPB_SERVER/try (where WPB_SERVER is the hostname of a Web Presence Builder server) and the following message is shown instead of the proper screen:
Try support is disabled
It means that the 'Try and Buy' feature is disabled on a WPB server.

Provider wants to enable the 'Try and Buy' feature in Parallels Automation for Web Presence server managed by POA.


1. Find the webspace where the Parallels Automation for Web Presence APS application is installed.

2. Open the WEBSPACE_ID/webspace/siteapps/ParallelsAutomationforWebPresence-NN/htdocs/config file, where WEBSPACE_ID is the ID of the webspace where APS application instance is installed, NN - the ID of the APS application instance.

3. In the 'config' file in the 'General' section add string parameter 'sign_up_scenario = on' like shown below: ; General settings
use_rewrite = on
fallback_locale = en_US
not_authorized_url = /blank.html
rest_api = 1
allow_delete_site_ui = off
extension = POA
use_aps_structured_output = on
sign_up_scenario = on

Important: the 'Try and Buy' mode for POA-managed Parallels Automation for Web Presence server does not have functionality which allows to purchase site created in 'trial' mode. It will be implemented in future versions of products.
